To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or scent will be declined.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Alpha Luxe is not responsible for return shipping fees.
Once your item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued store credit only within 5 business days of approval.
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future Alpha Luxe purchase.
