Processing
Please be aware that all orders are processed within 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).
Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days after purchase.
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm eastern standard time. Orders placed after 12pm eastern standard time are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will definitely be shipped by the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped USPS by size.
New York residence incur sales tax provided by NYS law.
Domestic orders over $150 qualify for free shipping

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you. We’d hate for you to not receive your order. The shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to.
